Deirdre Kennedy CST-T, BSc IoPT, Focusing presents Back to You – separate who you are from early psychological trauma, the road-map to making sense of what you took on to stay connected, loved, wanted and protected. An Identity orientated Psycho Trauma (IoPT) perspective offering valuable insights for our practice. IoPT is a theory based on reconnecting with lost parts of ourselves, which are time-frozen in our nervous systems and consciousness awareness.
