This initiative is part of IACST’s ongoing commitment to enhancing professional development through expert-led sessions that are free for all members. For non-members, access to these insightful sessions will be available for a fee. The webinars will include presentations from distinguished speakers and interactive Q&A segments.
The first webinar, titled “Baby Colic: Clinical Tools and Insights,” will be hosted by esteemed IACST member Belén Vázquez on September 18th at 7pm. Belén is a highly experienced nutritional therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and holds diplomas in Nutritional Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Integrative Baby Therapy. Since 2017, she has operated a successful baby and child clinic in Malahide, helping families find natural solutions to colic and other infant concerns.
Baby colic is a frequent issue that drives parents to seek Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Colicky babies often experience symptoms like digestive discomfort, poor sleep, and stress. As an integrative practitioner, Belén will share practical tools to diagnose and treat colicky symptoms effectively. Her presentation will also highlight key remedies, including baby probiotics and at-home treatments, along with case studies to offer real-world insights.
Belén Vázquez specialises in natural methods to relieve baby colic and improve children’s overall health. She is passionate about the gut-brain connection and its impact on a child’s digestion, immunity, and behavior. In her practice, she focuses on building healthy foundations for children by addressing underlying imbalances in these systems.
