From Birth mother to Earth mother: Healing in relationship in Craniosacral Therapy
This webinar with Jane Shaw will explore relationship to self from the perspective of the mother archetype. Bringing Jungian concepts to a biodynamic craniosacral therapy landscape we will explore the world of pre and peri-natal experience and attachment. How can broken relationships be repaired through a reimagined relationship to the Mother? Often early imprints can result in fragmented relationships and split-off parts. Can an embodied BCST practice support these split-off parts to return to a relationship with wholeness?

A Visionary Approach to Craniosacral Work: Origins and Ancestors
There is an old African proverb that goes, ‘you are who you are because of other people’. And that Andrew Taylor Still, Grandfather of osteopathy, was who he was because of other people. A European settler in the new world, his work as a frontier medical doctor, and his time with the indigenous Shawnee people, Dr. Stills legacy lives on through osteopathic and craniosacral practices today.
In this discussion David will take a brief look at the ancestor spirits of Craniosacral work, exploring how ancestry and land has shaped this healing modality, offering a deeper understanding of the interplay of spirit and physiology in our own craniosacral practices.
Please note, this presentation will include aspects of meditation. To get the most out of it please do not drive whilst listening.
