I really enjoyed our session at the Family Therapy Day in July. The therapists were very welcoming to myself and my wife and really engaged with my four children. During our two hour session, we all received treatment and I was really happy with how attentive the therapists were to each of us. Two of my children were a little hesitant but they were given plenty of time to settle in and be comfortable before being treated.

Everyone enjoyed the session, with all of the children saying they 'felt better' afterwards.

Prior to the session, family life had been quite stressful and we were all a little out of kilter. After the session, I noticed that we were all more relaxed with each other. We went on holidays a week later and it was our best holiday yet. We all reconnected and really enjoyed being together. We will definitely be availing of another family session.
