Remembering our dear friend Judith

The Craniosacral Community has been shocked by the sudden passing of our dear friend Judith Monk. Thankfully for Judith, her illness was only brief. Judith was surrounded by her loving family and had found peace in her heart before she serenely and peacefully passed away.

We are all saddened by the loss. Judith was a pillar of knowledge, integrity, and good sense in our community. As well as being a very experienced therapist, she regularly assisted on the courses and with workshops and study groups, even welcoming students into her clinic.
Judith's archaeological background defined the way she meticulously unravelled complex physiological issues and assisted so many thousands in attaining clarity and much  improved health.

Judith contributed also to many years on the committee of the IACST, tirelessly working away at issues that she felt passionate about. The Education Task Group was her final position that she was still contributing to and working on until this last month.

The CST community are grateful to have been blessed with Judith, her skill and expertise, her warm smile and loving heart, and her enthusiasm for all the good she knew is there in all of us and all around us. As the Leonard Cohen song that she loved and that was sung at her funeral says,

"Forget your perfect offering

There is a crack, a crack in everything

That's how the light gets in".

Thank you Judith for everything.
