CST Sample days provide an opportunity for you to experience Craniosacral therapy from registered IACST therapists at a donation rate. Why not take the whole family along and extend the treatment to four generations. CST is suitable for all ages from newborns to the elderly.
Directions to the Quay Community Centre, Westport: Heading out of Westport , follow the signs towards the Quay. Coming down the hill, you will see the Woods Hotel on your right hand side, take the left turn opposite the Hotel. You will see the Quay Community Centre in front of you.
