CLI (Craniosacral-Lymphatic Integration)

This is the newest class offering from the CSTA. It is in response to new and changing science on the anatomy of the brain and the circulation of CSF.
(This class will be offered in the US for the first time in November 2017 & then in Ireland in May 2018)

CPD Hours: 3 days - 18 Formal CST CPD hours 

*Presentation of Lymphatic anatomy.

*Presentation on NEW Craniosacral anatomy.

*Description of basic lymphatic manual therapy with hands-on practice.

*Review of basic CST for the body and the dural tube.

*Description of combination of CST and lymphatic work in one session.

* Review of clinical applications with patient populations, clinical indications, precautions and contraindications.

*Extensive hands-on supervised clinical practice.

*Study guide included.

Craniosacral Therapy Retreat

CPD Hours: 2 days class, 6 CPD hrs 

A two day event to provide an opportunity for therapists to give and receive treatment from equal level trained therapists, share clinical insights/questions and hear about the latest topics in the field. Billed as a chance to come Review, Refresh and Renew.

Each day includes:

*Guest lecturer on current CST topics- 1-2 hours daily

*CST session/trade in late AM after lecture/presentation and in the afternoon

*Open forum audience discussion on any/all CST topics, "Cranial Dharma".

***Included as topics for lecture presentation by Don Ash at the Retreat are the following;

CATS (Compassionate Action in Times of Stress)

3 hours, delivered in two 1.5 hour presentations for one Retreat.

*Exploring social, financial, emotional and physical causes of stress.

* Guidance in being an impartial listener.

*Self help techniques with direct student participation in active home programs for stress reduction; Don's Breath Venting and Spaceous Circle Exercise.

*Topics presented are for the patient AND therapist

*Study guide included.
